Payment can be made by either cash, personal check, or Visa or MasterCard. Please do not email us your credit card information (email is not secure); we will call you.

Shipping Information:

Shipping costs vary by weight and destination. Ehret Family Winery will contact you upon order placement to confirm shipping cost. Feel free to contact the winery to inquire about shipping cost for your state.

Terms and Conditions of Sales:

Void where prohibited. All wines are sold and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. This can be better accomplished by delivering to a business address and is less expensive.

You can pick up your wine personally or send someone else to pick it up who is at least 21 years old. If you would like, we will assist you in contacting a common carrier so you can ship your wine to yourself or wherever you want it to go. If you discover that your state does not allow you to ship your wine to yourself we will gladly help you make arrangements.

Ehret Family Winery does not give out, share, sell, loan, or let anyone anywhere use our private mailing lists in any way, shape or form - ever. You will only receive email from us, period.
